“9 days after ordering my part still haven't arrived. I had plenty of emails telling me they are on their way. The parts may be good or bad. There's no telling until they arrive.”

“Wrong blades sent out, no human to talk to only virtual assistant, sent emails and got an apology, nothing about when I’d get ones that would fit, still waiting to hear, found a contact number but the bin where the calls go is full, poor effort so far”

“I’m not happy at all none off my wipers fit! The front ones are too big and overhang the windscreen and the rear wiper doesn’t fit onto the wiper arm, I have emailed you 3 times and have no response as of yet for how to return them and get a full refund”

“I ordered wipers for my bz4x which arrived in 3 days, but they do not fit my car. I messaged straight away, to which I recieved an automated reply saying someone would email me. I did not recieve an email. So I tried to ring and I could not get through as "the box was full". So I emailed them again to which I have had no reply which I find diabolical. Delivery 10/10 wipers 1/10 customer service 0/10 would I buy from these again? NO”

“Wipers with wrong attachment fitting delivered. Contacted Vipa,and was asked for vehicle reg to check fitting. Vehicle reg supplied and no responce. Now have a set of wipers that don't fit and £25.99 out of pocket. I have contacts in various car clubs and wouldn't recommend Vipa to them.”
