“The bottle I purchased could not be delivered as recipient was not home (15 September). I have asked for it to be redirected to a new address asap but I have had no confirmation yet (23 September). Awaiting your news, many thanks”

“Ordered 14 miniature Sambuca’s which arrived fairly quickly. They arrived in a lovely box which said 15qty so I thought that was a nice gesture they sent me an extra one, however when I opened the box they had taken one out, I was a bit disappointed then.”

“I would definitely recommend VIP Bottles. I ordered a gift for my son’s birthday. The delivery arrived before the expected date, which was amazing as I ordered last minute. I paid for the bottle to be gift boxed and wow! The black box was beautiful, my son even commented when he opened it. Anytime I need a bottle, I will definitely be ordering from VIP.”

“Disappointed to receive 700ml bottles and not the new 750ml bottles. I have been told that all Very strong Sunset Rum should now be in 750ml bottles hence the slight increase in price. Here the 700ml being sold for same price as 750ml from other suppliers. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from here again! See pictures. Bottle left purchased from here 700ml Bottle on the right 750ml purchased from another supplier for the same price 🤬”
