“Said on site about next day delivery if ordered within time frame, false advertising and paid £4 odd for delivery to receive email confirmation stating would be delivered within 7 days”

“Sadly my order is already several days late arriving and unfortunately VIP Bottles have not been in contact to say there will be a delay or to apologise for late delivery. This email to do this review is the only thing I have received from VIP Bottles since the confirmation email for my order on 08-01-2025. Very disappointing. Of the questions below there is only 1 I can answer until you deliver my order. I can't review the products because you have not delivered them yet.”

“The service from VIP,is very good.I only drink cognac, and they to carry a good selection of the most popular. My favourite is Dusse VSOP. Other retailers increase the price of this,when in short supply.VIP haven't done this yet.So respect guys ,I wait for it to arrive and purchase from you.And the waiting list is good,as they notify me as soon as it's in..Well done.”
