Not too pleased now that this pitcher has a faulty indicator light, that I am unable to stop it flashing. Also, it takes too long for me to get new filters, since they don’t sell them locally and are shipped economically so they don’t arrive soon enough. I will edit this review upon a response from the manufacturer or supplier, whomever responds.

I had the unit installed and the water has a funny taste to it. Is there anything I can do to make the water taste better. Thank you

Waterdrop filters are an excellent water filter and a very good price. My only reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars is their poor customer service. They do not answer the phone and their web site is very confusing when you are trying to compare filters. There should be a box you can check for each filter so you can compare them and they should put the model number with the description so you can see which one you are looking at. There is a model number that you can see when you are looking at the filter but it conveniently disappears when it shows you more suggested filters so you don't know what filter they are talking about. What the hell happened? Customer service did finally call me back after several days or maybe a week later but by then I was about to buy from another company and I was researching other filters. The other thing I do not like is when I tried to order a filter for my refrigerator I picked one filter but it would not let me buy just one although it showed they were in stock. I had to purchase 3 filters and it was not from Waterdrop it sent me to the Amazon website. It was a Waterdrop filter but Amazon sold it to me. I have purchased from Amazon before and I do not like them, they have very sneaky tactics to lure you into their environment. It took a few weeks and several emails to get disconnected from Amazon in the past and I actually had to cancel the credit card used so I would not get continuing monthly charges from them. I do not like Amazon and I just would prefer not to do business with them. What has happened to Waterdrop? Someone bought them because they email me under a different name. They still make an excellent filter.

Why only 3 and not 5 ? So nice of you to send me a new lid so I can monitor the digital date of FILTER usage but I paid (via credit card) for 3 new filters like $ 33. Plus I was to receive a $ 5.00 discount if ordering the day of the email, which I did order that day. So, I need to retrieve my order number for Don Gaertner 5200 N. Your system should be able to calculate water usage and trigger filter replacement based on that rather than on set time increments

Still haven't received my unit. I was told informed was shipped last Wednesday but FedeEx tells me they didn't receive it from you until this week. So… too early for you to be soliciting a review from me.

It’s been 10 days and while FedEx said the order was delivered a week ago to my home it was not delivered. So far Customer Service hasn’t resolved the problem.

Attractive, but hard to know when top part is full (when filling with water). Usage indicator is somewhat confusing.

The machine works fine, but we were not made aware that it can't work with well water until after receiving the item and reading the manual. If we had known this before ordering, we would not have ordered it. Now we are faced with return fees, which are quite hefty.

The shipment arrived promptly. I haven't replaced the old filter yet, so I cannot offer any comment.
