“Like my water filter. Just needs a little more improvement with the handle. The handle is already starting to break off.”

“I am not Happy. I have hard time working with support. I couldn’t call the 888 support # because it was busy. The support won’t give out TDS # meaning. I requested for installation video, they said they need 48 hours to prepare. Then when I saw the video, it was made in 2021???”

“Hi. The system is very noisy. Just called your 888 number to speak to someone about it, but no one answered. Other than the noise, it's good. Fits well, installed relatively easily, and the water taste is great.”

“I upgraded from the WD-G3-W to the G3P800 and I'm not totally satisfied for a couple reasons. I paid $999.99 for my system when I pre-ordered it in December and now it's $799.99. Also this system is much loader when in operation and seems to cycle much more often compared to the previous version.”

“Product is top notch. However when ordering a replacement filter, it was shipped via FedEx who delivered to wrong address. Due to your shipping arrangement with FedEx, the customer cannot file a claim. Only the shipper. I emailed you, did as asked and waited a few extra days but to no avail. I was told you would simply ship another one out via a different carrier. However when the time came, I was told that I was getting refunded and to just order thru Amazon. Is this really how you handle a problem? I ordered directly thru you to get it faster and from the manufacturer, not a third party. I still do not have a filter.”

“Good for first week. But, as all water processing products are concerned, only time will tell. It is fairly poor CRM practice to as me to rate a 10 year life cycle product in the firsr week.”

“I ordered the water drop system with a remineralization add on. I got the main unit but when the remineralization got to my house the box was empty. I have still not heard back from you on sending me the item or giving me a refund.”

“I love the quality and convenience of the water and appreciate that I no longer have to purchase water in plastic bottles. The only issue I had was when I went to change the CT filter. It became jammed and there was no way it could be removed. I had to purchase an entirely new system and because I already had backup replacement filters I got the same system. I hope 12 months from now I don't run into the same issue.”

“I love the products but I have to say changing the filters are a NIGHTMARE to change. I have to use a slip-jaw pliers to remove the old one. I have changed 2 different filters so far. Same for both.”

“The shipping is extremely slow with Fedex, I wish they used USPS whose shipping is actually reliable. Our water dispenser turned yellow and we ordered water filters the same day. It’s been 2 weeks, still no water filters, and now our dispenser is red and beeps at us when we get water. And we have no idea when our filters are going to get here since they’ve been sitting in Sacramento for a week. I got this review sent to me a week ago so I guess I’m filling it out when we haven’t even received the item, shrug.”
