It is difficult to tighten the faucet, after drilling a hole in the countertop. The parts you have supplied are too delicate, as a result, each time you turn the knob to take water/or shut water, the faucet keeps moving around and its extremely inconvenient having to, go under the sink to tighten it repeatedly and still find it getting loose again.

I got this and upon putting together wr tightened it a bit too tight I guess and the plastic broke.. company said they'd replace the piece and it would get here within a month.... it's not here yet. So we can't write a review on how this works but would love to get the piece soon please .not sure why parts are made of plastic. Why are parts made of plastic that has chemicals in it?? Wish Ida known this before ordering but didnt.

I love the design but the filter fails to remove TDS effectively. The TDS indicator on the screen has been red since day 1. I had followed the instruction to remove the water in the reservoir and flush the filter with >5 gallons of water but issue remains.

The filter is not helping the hard water we have in Salt Lake City. We still have sodium deposits in our bottles.

Not sure where they make their parts but I'm guessing probably kung pow. As a result they are not able to supply filters in a timely manner. There supply chain issues leave me in a position to not be able to get proper filtration. If and when I can get the filters the machine itself works very well. They suggested that I buy their products from Amazon. I refuse to spend even a penny with Amazon. Amazon is an evil company. Perhaps they will learn from these supply chain issues connected to communists?

This unit only has a fully on or fully off faucet control option. When the unit isn’t fully open the unit pulses and dispenses unfiltered water. When turning off the facet while your cup is under it, you’re getting unfiltered water for a moment. Pretty horrible design flaw.

So, I replaced your CF filter a few weeks ago and the water flow rate was very slow compared to what it was prior to the changeout. Your support had me follow a few steps but it was still the same. They then told me to replace the larger filter even though it was only one year old. After installing this, the flow was still the same and slow. I waited a week or so and it is stll slow. I made a video and will attach it below. Nice product but one of the worst websites I have ever used to buy a product. The problem was in taking advantage of the labor day discounts and other operational details. If I didn't have prior experience with the company, I would never have tolerated such a shoddy ordering interface.
