I did have doubts about ordering as not heard of this company before, but their customer service is second to none. Really recommend them.”

I bought an item in two sizes in the sale, with the intention of sending one size back. At no point was it clearly flagged that this would not be possible during the purchase process, so my assumption was, as it’s industry standard, this would not be an issue.
Jack in customer service team has this far refused to process a refund.
Very disappointing and punitive policy.
Please help me to resolve this asap or I will not be recommending.

“i followed your sizing guide and the pants didnt fit and when i wanted to exchange for a bigger size i was told i needed to pay for my own shipping and ups and usps provided me with costs of 48-300 dollars im not paying that to exchange a pair of pants that i paid 80 dollars for. if a company cant do the bare minimum to help me complete my purchase with actual value why would I return or rate them highly”
