“What an amazing company! Their customer service is second to none. I ordered the Get Well Care package for a friend visiting NZ from the UK who'd unfortunately been admitted to hospital in Christchurch. However she was unexpectedly moved to Wellington before it was delivered. Valerie went out of her way to trace it and ensure she recieved it by communicating with both hospitals and calling me severel times in the UK. A thoroughly personal warm experience despite being conducted from the other side of the world. Thanks XX”

“Absolutely amazing and personal service, went out of their way to ensure a gift for my friend in hospital reached her despite her being suddenly moved from South to North island after dispatch. My friend was overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the gifts in her 'Get well care package' and by their presentation and local origin. We love local enabled me to send a gift of love from the UK to NZ and couldn't have been more attentive and caring in their willingness to go the extra mile.”

“I was desperately looking for a very last minute Christmas gift for my nephew who is over in NZ working from UK. Trying to find a gift that could be delivered in time and reasonable cost was difficult until I found we love local! The parcel was dispatched and delivered super fast. I was also kept up to date with delivery. Even better all locally sourced! Thank you. Highly recommended!”

Thanks for your review. We can only imagine that the notifications about the delivery ended up in your spam folder. There have been three notifications sent to the email address provided: 1. When your order was picked up by NZ Post, which was the day after you ordered it (as the order was placed after 2pm, it was dispatched the next day). 2. When the order was out for delivery, which happened the day after dispatching. 3. And again when the order was delivered on the same day. The parcel was delivered in less than 48 hours from when you placed the order, which we believe is a great turnaround time considering the time of year just before Christmas. We will forward you the notification about the successful delivery again. Please let us know if you haven't received it at the email address provided with your order.
