“I live in France (family in NZ) and wanted to have something special delivered to my Mum for her birthday. Not only was the gift lovely (and yummy), but the whole experience for me was fantastic! A friendly email asking me what to do if Mum isn't there to receive her parcel, information about delivery date, etc, etc. I will certainly order future gifts through them! Thanks, We Love local team!”

“I ordered a gift for a friend in NZ (I am based in the UK). The customer service was second to none - I got updates on the progress of my order and a personal email asking about where to leave the box if the recipient wasn't in. She wasn't, but the company arranged for a safe place for the delivery to be left. The hamper came in a sturdy, wooden reusable box and the items (food and drink) were really lovely, local and excellent quality. I would definitely use We Love Local again to order for friends in NZ.”

“Val was so accommodating with my request. I am based in South Africa and wanted to surprise my brother and his family with a lovely hamper. “I ordered from the UK for my son's birthday in NZ. Valerie was so helpful with regard to the delivery as I wasn't sure if there was anywhere safe to leave the parcel. She also phoned him after delivery to check he had received it! And put a note on the box telling him not to open until a certain date! Fantastic customer service, cannot recommend highly enough :)”
