“Quality of products seems great - at least comparable with similar items elsewhere. Price is about the same as elsewhere. Delivery - great! Arrived 48hrs after I ordered despite every other supplier claiming there would be long delays. Customer service - Excellent! I needed to return an item and replace with larger of the same. The replacement arrived the next day and the original was collected. Yes, I had to pay for the return, but it's just nice to actually get some customer service - unusual these days.”

“I was very happy with both the help and guidance I received when researching your products. I was looking for a wheelchair proof tray/wet room system. Having now received your Contour wet room system I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a 'belt and braces' tray and tanking system.”
