“Fantastic service from Wetrooms-online.com, very quick delivery - thank you. Ordered the Wedi primo shower base, a really good robust product and good value. However, what is not put forward clearly within the spec for this product is the drain pipe size - which is 56mm. In the UK, it is usually 40mm - yet the product shows the UK sign. This info needs to be made clear, as to reduce from 56mm to 40mm is not easy, and/or to use 56mm is not a nominal size used. A 'low profile' drain can be ordered with this product, but there is no information given about this online. Otherwise, the product itself is good and the delivery from Wetrooms was next day.”

“Josh at wetrooms online saved the day for us and our bathroom installation. After being badly let down by another company and with our bathroom renovation going off the rails, Josh worked hard checking with suppliers and was able to offer us a choice of items for next day delivery. His communication was excellent-emailing and calling us when he says he would-and he got the item dispatched to us by specialist courier (which really matters for bathroom fittings) the next morning. Would highly recommend. Service like you don?t often see nowadays. Well done!”
