“The bowl was nice although a little over priced. I was more disappointed with the customer service- or lack of! I emailed to enquire if it was possible to exchange the bowl for the smaller version but I didn’t even receive a reply regarding my query.”

“Ordered an outdoor storage box a couple of weeks ago and wondered why it hadn't arrived. No correspondence from whittingtons but the money has been refunded and the box is now out of stock on the site. I assume the order was cancelled for some reason but would have really appreciated some contact from whittingtons to let me know.”

“I purchased a Stewart 32cm and 38cm Limestone Cotswold Planter(Grey). After placing the order I immediately contacted customer services as I wanted to confirm if it was limestone not plastic (if it was plastic I would cancel the order). They replied immediately saying it was limestone. Unfortunately, the items were plastic when they arrived. I've kept the items as it was such a hassle getting the items delivered even though I had paid for next-day delivery (I did not receive the items until the 4th-5th day). They need to advertise their items properly and ensure they give the courier the correct address. Sadly, I will not be using the company again.”

“I ordered some beautiful vases. To order was very easy and the delivery was perfect. I then had to call to discuss further orders but they had to check it out then call back. They called back the same day that they promised. I will always reorder from them again. Perfect”

“Love the way these look on our small plant theatre - the perfect size and shape. My one disappointment is that they have no drainage holes and I haven't had the courage yet to try to add the holes myself for fear of breaking them.”
