“This is my second order. The first included rabbit and cod fillets, both excellent. My second order was more extensive: stock, plaice, trout fillets, monkfish fillets, hake fillets, smoked mackerel, duck, diced venison, sirloin steak, black pudding and game roulade. All arrived seamlessly in a lined box with freezer bags ready to go straight into fridge/freezer. As before, the items I have tried are excellent quality: much better quality than I can buy locally in London (or buy online from London sources). I particularly the wide range of both quality wild game and fish varieties. It is a pleasure to explore the Wild Game site, and its wide selection of recipes. I have also found the Wild Meat Company customer service team very helpful/friendly when I have had queries, including about cooking/recipes.
