“I ordered 12 pigeons and they provided almost 24 perfect breasts. One or two were a bit shot up but nothing extreme. I’ll be ordering again. (Oh yeah, they tasted fab too!)
I also ordered a “roast venison haunch”. It was fab meat and so tasty (1kg). But I’d love to know what deer it was from.
“Venison” is too vague.
Please make things clear.
Roe deer is so different muntjac!
“Venison” is too generic. It’s like saying “farm”, when “farm” means beef, lamb or pig!
