In days gone by, Waitrose would sell pheasants, and partridge occasionally, but they don't seem to sell them any more. I especially like that I can order the game birds in the feather which in my opinion makes them last longer in the freezer plus I get to pluck them myself which makes feel like I am doing my little bit in bringing them to my table.”
