“Over the years I have had quite a bit of meat from The Wild Meat Company, and have never yet been disappointed. This time round I ordered pigeon breasts, whole pigeon, and whole partridge. All were beautifully presented, beautifully butchered, and perfectly fresh. So as usual, I was very very pleased.”
“Food was packed in plastic and individually named.
Only problem was we received one extra burger pack and one sausage pack less.
We tried the sausage and they were lovely. Looking forward to trying the rest.
Don't worry about the mishap we will accept the beefburgers in exchange for the sausage.

“These people are good. There was a problem with my delivery but they dealt with it in an exemplary way.
My venison, supposed to delivered on a specified day (no time specified so we waited all day) was delayed without explanation or apology by the couriers, which meant we almost missed the delivery as I was due to leave the next day. The company got onto the couriers and got it delivered just in time for our celebration to go ahead. As well as saving the day they refunded the P&P cost (and I hope the couriers refunded it to them, as it was obviously not the fault of the company). You can judge a company best by how it behaves when things go wrong, and this is how it should be.
Oh and of course the meat was great, easy to cook and delicious. Also ethical. I'll definitely be ordering again.”

“Wild meat company supply high quality game meat. We order a box every month. The venison chops are delicious. Ordering is super simple and delivered to your door, however the past few deliveries have been delivered at the wrong time and messages from the delivery company, dpd, are unnecessarily confusing. Not good when you are delivering fresh food.”

“I made my first order of grass fed beef with WMC last week. The delivery was seamless and on time. The meat arrived beautifully packed with a special wool wrap plus 3 good size ice packs. I ordered a total of 14 items and each was individually wrapped and sealed. I am more than happy with what I received. I cooked some of the meat over the weekend and the taste was distinctly good. Once my freezer space is freed up, I will be ordering more!”
“So far I have only had a chance to try the free range pork sausages and the venison haunch steak from my order. Firstly, it's nice to have sausages where you can actually see and taste the meat. Highly recommended. The venison was the best I've had in a long time. Being wild it has a much deeper flavour and a decent thick steak as well, so that it can be cooked properly without overcooking the middle. Excellent. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the order over time.”
