I am sorry about the late delivery by the courier. Any analysis of our negative reviews on this platform will show that they are mostly about late deliveries and, despite all our efforts in trying different courier companies, they have all proved to be less than perfect with a 2-3% failure rate. It is frustrating for us all, and very costly for the Wild Meat Company.
“Exelant products and tracked delivery service parcel always arives cold and with freezer blocks/pouch. The quality of there meats are outstanding and you can tell from the cuts you get (clean). If your thinking I would/will recommened to anyone to try, My daughter prefurs the wild meat and since we've used them she's always finnished all her meals (she's a picky eater)....”

We apologise for the courier's failure to deliver. Unfortunately the service levels with all the courier companies has dropped recently due to overloading following the collapse of one courier company, Black Friday and now Christmas peaks.
You will receive a refund or replacement order, although not many customers appreciate that the Wild Meat Company does not receive any compensation or refund itself from the courier. This is their standard policy for perishable products.

To the point meat was ordered for delivery on a Friday and did not turn up until 5.30 Saturday afternoon and all thawed.
I had a dinner party planned and with no site of when it was to arrive….. had no choice but to order a very expensive takeaway as would certainly would not get a table of 10 on a Saturday night last minute in any restaurant.
Complained to a lady called Abigail if I recall and told it was within the 48hr window….. how does that work when was collected from you Thursday.

We regret that your delivery was delayed but we point out on our website and on your order confirmation that you should allow 48 hours for a delivery as delays by the courier do happen occasionally. The ice packs and the insulation in our meat boxes have been designed to keep the meat in fridge like conditions for 48 hours. So this means that meat packed and collected by us on a Thursday afternoon will be fine on Saturday afternoon.
