“Packaged very well, we ordered wild boar sausages.
They were delicious. The first pack of sausages we cooked in a cassoulet. The second pack we split each sausage and packed with Somerset Brie and cranberry sauce wrapped in pancetta with a red wine and cranberry jus. Both lots were delicious. Will definitely be trying other wild meats.”

The grass fed oxtail is rich and warming in Robert Carrier's "Oxtail Ragout" and the Truly Traceable pies are sublime. Looking forward to trying our first broth with the venison bones that have been cut to size.”
