“I?ve never used the website, or heard of the company. A simple google search presented a range of suppliers. I chose Wineware as they gave helpful descriptions with a lot of great options and making a purchase was easy to do. The delivery service was excellent, my order came, as stated, within 5 days in a securely packaged box. The only comment is to ask Wineware to explore other sustainable packaging. It is an understandable necessity, but also seems excessive to have a box inside a box, wrapped in plastic, which could leave a high environmental footprint.”
“Misleading information on product page of item I purchased - states a set of four and it is a single item for the purchase price not four - have contacted customer services to inform them of this and how disappointed I was - the item is no longer in stock as I purchased the last one so now I have a single glass - beware - I read the description carefully and would of purchased four at the checkout had I known this”
