“To be perfectly honest, it was with trepidation that I ordered a selection of tumblers and wine glasses from wineware; how would fragile glassware arrive in one piece? I'm very happy to report that it did arrive safely and without a single chip! Excellent service. I must add, it was with a certain sense of satisfaction that I unpacked everything and it was all wrapped and packaged in card and paper, no bubble-wrap to speak of and no breakages. “It's NOT so much that the company is poor more that the product which they sold me is poor "Schott Zwiesel Classico Beer Glasses - Set of 6". The blurb suggests they should be good enough for Baccus himself. I think they are about PoundShop Standard, certainly NOT what I expected from a Known German Company. Delivery from Wineware was as expected especially considering I ordered on Christmas Day. I won't keep the glasses but donnate to charity and look for better more upmarket items. I'll probably never buy glasses online ever again, and I suggest other do so too.”
