“I'm a great fan of Wineware, and have made a number of purchases over the years. This time the item I needed was out of stock and only available for 'back order' so I wondered how long I would have to wait. In fact there was almost no wait at all - a couple of days and my glasses arrived. Brilliant service as always.”

“Monday 7th April 2025. Have bought several glasses and wine related items over the last few years. On this occasion I purchased two short stem Zalto beer glasses to use for Champagne on a forthcoming picnic . The service I have received has, without exception been very professional, courteous and efficient. I would have no reservations regarding the quality of the products or the accompanying customer care. Hamish. South Ayrshire. Scotland.”

“I've ordered several things from Wineware, all at reasonable prices, with quick delivery. One item was slightly faulty through no fault of Wineware. They sent out a replacement immediately. If you can judge a company by how well they deal with problems, I would say Wineware are top notch!”

“The actual item I ordered was great. However, becuase their website was so confusing I accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. They did nothing to accomodate the mistake, other than agreeing to let me return it - with a 37 euro return fee for shipping. As far as I am concerned they should have paid the shipping b/c it was their mistake that they have a poor website that makes it very confusing ordering a wine rack! Super irritating and I won't order from them again.”

Hi Julia, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry that you felt our website was confusing and that you accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. We try to make our website as clear as possible; the item you purchased states you can purchase either '1x', '4x', or '8x'. You can return the item to us, but as you're in Denmark, I appreciate that this may be difficult and expensive.
