“The design of the bed frame is really good, it’s very solid and looks great. I like how quick the delivery was. I feel like I can’t give it higher than three stars however - two out of four panels arrived scratched, and another panel arrived with the corner of the top layer of the MDF panel coming off. This corner has now pulled away as it was not sealed properly or was chipped in the factory. It is a cheaper product, but it would be nice if a bit more care was taken in packing or in the factory.”

“Good thick “heavy” pillow. May not be for everybody. Not as bad as the bambillo? Jury’s not out on it yet though after 2 months.”

“Found the customer service very good and had no trouble sensing it back. It was so soft we felt like we had to climb out of a hole in the morning! Particularly unsuitable for us as we were preparing for a baby and co sleeping with so much sinkage would not have been safe.”

“We are still not sure about the mattress - wake up some mornings with aches that start in the middle of the night. Our biggest concern is the size of the mattress. we have a normal king-size bed and the mattress hangs over the bottom which causes problems when making the bed.”

“I ordered this matress to try to alleviate back problems, however l found it to be too soft for me and not the improvement l had hoped for. I am now going through the return/refund stage and have found Winkl to be great to deal with so far.”

“The delivery of our mattress was fastest than expected, highly recommended, we really like the matress. However, I think is too firm for me. Is there any add ons that we can buy to make it softer?”

“The mattress is great and the frame is fine, although the fixings for the headboard can't be tightened enough to make it sturdy. The delivery service was appalling. They initially refused to even bring the boxes into the apartment complex. After talking to someone on the phone they agreed to leave the boxes outside my door. I could just manage to drag the very heavy boxes inside but had to hire someone at extra cost to take it upstairs and assemble it. What kind of bed company hires a delivery service that refuses to carry the product into the bedroom?”

“Still trying to decide. Have had the mattress for one month, love the no partner disturbance ! I can’t tell if my husband is off the bed or not, so I now have un-interrupted sleep! Only thing is it may be too firm as I wake up with a slightly sore lumber.”
