“I wish I had never bought this mattress! Initially, I chose it over other options because I was looking for a high-quality, environmentally friendly choice (and it hcame with a free pillow). I wish I had gone with something else. The fabric on top is extremely slippery, which causes the top sheet to constantly shift and come untucked throughout the night. And while the mattress feels quite comfortable for the first few hours, the foam quickly softens from my weight (I'm 65kg), creating a sagging effect. This makes me roll into the middle of the bed during the night. It might be better suited for back sleepers? The pillow is also foam and it's wayyy to thick for me. Shipping was fast. I wish I had returned this when I had the chance. Life got away from me, and I missed the returning window.”

“Too soft. Starts off ok with uniform support but after a few hours the mattress deforms such that I am sleeping in a depression about 4 to 5 inches deep that results in me waking with a sore back after about 4 or 6 hours sleep. It is no improvement over the three year old mattress that I had before. I have been told I have to wait a min of 90 days following purchase before I can return it for a refund. Looking forward to getting a replacement mattress that will provide at least 8 hours of comfortable sleep without waking up feeling like a cripple.”

“Purchased with the Winkl mattress but hubby and I find them too firm and rather high. Have swapped back to our feather pillows for a good nights sleep. Wasn't fond of waking up with a sore neck.”
