“The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had the misfortune to spend money on. After 3 months, I am once again laying awake at 2.30am after spending another day with a painful back. My back problems started with buying this mattress. Regrets.”

“Do not buy these mattresses! They contain fiberglass in their outer sock underneath the advertised removable washable cover! You will contaminate yourself and your home with glass fibers and potentially have an adverse reaction to it. The company will not care about this, and if you instigate a return and refund the mattress will only end back up at the Salvation Army for another family to be exposed. Do not buy!”

“I purchased the lux mattress. At first it was comfortable and now unfortunately I am having the worst sleeps of my life. It was firm at first, now it’s soft and dipping. Guttered I spent 3 grand including the bed frame, and the team at winkl won’t even offer me a refund on my mattress, I don’t want an exchange as clearly these mattresses aren’t what they’re hyped up to be. So disappointed, also I tried to write a review on their website and it’s not submitting, interesting”

“I was extremely unsatisfied with the bed and mattress from Winkl. The lux mattress is anything but lux. Zero edge-to-edge support, and made entirely from foam. Furthermore, the bed frame is made from extremely cheap wood, and looks like something that would belong in a college dorm. I did send photos and videos to your customer service team, so feel free to review those if you genuinely are interested in my feedback. Thanks”

“I found your mattress very hard even bought a mattress topper to see if that would help but no it didn't so I returned your mattress”

“Bought pillow as neck pain, made it worse. Wouldn't take it back, told to wait 30 days, so gave it away and Bought better one.”

“The mattress was too soft. It felt like you were sleeping in a hammock which made it hard too roll over. Over time it became 'worn out' so where you normally lay became less supportive. Sorry if that doesn't make sense. It may suit some people, but definitely not for 'larger' people.”
