“Just wish I knew you supplied a devise to cut the plastic! As I spent ages trying to find something suitable in house. Finding it hot! Amazed their was a mattress in that box!”

“Much like the winkl mattresses we bought (which I have now got used to), it has taken me a long time to get used to the denseness of the pillow having used other types all my life. I find it supports my neck well and doesn't squash my ear when side sleeping. Great for back sleeping without pushing your neck down to your chest too. I'm positive the more I use it the better it will get”

“Mattress arrived on time and was easy to unpack and place. Bit firmer than anticipated but a Mattress topper added the right amount of comfort for a much improved sleep. Partner and I very happy with purchase.”

“For the price the winkl is a very good mattress (King size Winkl). Pros: great delivery service and trial period, good level of firmness and comfort. Cons: Bit of a struggle to unpack - definately need 2 people. It does heat up, however, we minimised this with a tencil/cotton mattress protector, it has a very slippery surface so a mattress protector will slip around and crease up a bit. We have stuck with it and I would recommend it as you have a trial period so if it doesn't suit you send it back. The Winkl is about 25cm deep and we have a high bed base so it is very high. If it was 20cm that would be better.”

“The beds are great; I've purchased three of them now. However, the 1st delivery of the 2 Lux models did take some time. The 2nd delivery our 3rd Lux was as expected, arriving in just a couple of days. Excellent, I would recommend it to anyone and friends.”

“I find the pillow a little big when sleeping on my back but on my side it is ok. I have a bad back and sleep with a small pillow between my knees which keeps me straight in the side position.”

“So far - we are still within the 120 Day evaluation period - my wife and I are happy, especially her as my tossing and turning no longer wakes her, but I still find this new foam mattress quite firm. The mattress is also very deep/tall so it feels like you are on the top floor of a multi-storey building!”

“What I like about it is that I can sculpt it how I want it so that is supports my neck and head. It is a little too firm for me but that is a preference thing. The more you break it in I’m sure the more it will fit.”

“I was not impressed by the service from winkl at the start and delivery was slow. However the mattress is not bad. Not as soft as I would have hopped but trying to source a memory foam topper for ir to make it softer.”

“We have a super king bed and use 2 single mattresses on it. We would have preferred the LUX mattress sold by Winkl but then we would have had to change all our bedding as the Lux is far thicker than most mattresses. However, the standard Winkl mattress is a good one. Although we have reservations about whether it will really last for 10 years, as the edges seem rather soft and we're careful not to sit on the edge of our beds. But the firm certainly makes it easy to acquire their mattresses, they're efficient and deliver on time. I hope their technology is up to scratch and that we do get 10 years. The prices is highly competitive and the delivery process is painless.”

“Hi review of the single king base. Easy to assemble, no tools required. Does the job the only issue I have is that the mattress can be prone to sliding when reading propped up in bed on pillows, any pointers”

“I thought I'd already written a review. Anyway I like the pillow now I've got used to it. It seems to help not get a sore neck/shoulders and when I was away for a couple of nights, realised my neck was more sore again. So well done Winkle.”
