“I originally ordered a couple of mattresses as well a couple of bed frames before I moved out of Auckland, prior to delivery I was informed that due to global logistics issues the bed frames were still in transit. I asked for the mattresses to be delivered so I at least had something to sleep on til the bed frames arrived, it was a few months later that I finally got my bed frames but had noticed that the price online was cheaper than what I'd originally paid for them. I must admit I was a bit miffed by this as I'd had to wait several months for what I'd ordered and paid for and in the meantime the price had been reduced, a pillow or two thrown in would have been a nice gesture. The bed frames were quite easy to put together and the mattresses are very comfortable, I have friends who come to stay and they comment on just how comfortable they are.”

“Loving my Lux mattress and purchased the pillows at the same time but am finding them just a bit too high. Fine for side sleeping but is a bit high or my preference if sleeping on my back or tummy.”

“A good mattress, except that materials I found a little heating for my body, and the general feeling of comfort for sleep did not agree entirely for me. The full refund policy was amazing, but I found that the Salvation Army onsold the mattress at half the retail price, which the "needy" they were meant for could certainly not afford. The oath to hell is paved with good intentions. No wonder the SA Church remains separate from its businesses.”

“The King Lux is quite Comfortable, my only issue is its still abit on the hot side. The pillow is similar, (probaly abit overpriced) Overall I'm happy”
