“I ordered the bike and received my order number. When I followed up on when the bike would be delivered they did respond quickly. After that it was all downhill. Terrible correspondence and I tried to cancel the order three times.
They sent the bike, a week late, with no dispatch notification. My wife happened to come home just as the delivery van arrived with a surprise package.
I received an email 2 days after the bike arrived telling me to refuse delivery or return it.
The gears don’t work and keep slipping and getting stuck between the rear wheel and the cassette.
Thankfully I have a friend who can fix it, I wouldn’t trust sending it back, given their previous lack of interest in customer service.

“From reading all the reviews it’s obvious there are serious problems at the business. We all know how difficult things are at the moment probably with staff off sick or isolating. But when the customer pays up front and is promised stock items in two or three days communication is a must.”
