“Wired4Signs costumer service was very professional and personal. I orderd a series of LED lights and they called to let me know that part of the order would arrive late and made sure that I was okay with that before proceeding. The second half of the order arrived promptly when expected. I will be using Wired4Signs again and again!”

“I DIY'd and LED surround in the master bedroom in my home and didn't have channel for the project. I found W4S online and they are just a 10 minute drive from my home. I went to their facility and had the channel, clips, corner pieces and diffusers in 10 minutes. The owner of the company took time out to talk to me ensuring I had exactly what I needed. Providing quick service to a walk-in customer is rare. I highly recommend W4S. I use the LED's to simulate a sunrise for my daily 5:00 AM wake time. It transitions from a low dim crimson to sunny yellow-orange over 15 minutes. I have not had an audible alarm wake me since the lights have been up. Yea, I still have audible alarms set in the chance of a power outage. The lights wake me without the jolt of the annoying noise around 7 minutes into the transition.”

“This is very high quality rail! I didn't know the metal end caps were single pieces, so I need to order another one to complete the build but it looks perfect. I put a quad row LED srip in a 1 meter long section and besides the thermals being a little high; its worked perfectly so far.”

“I purchased a DMX to DALI converter from one program to control our stage lights and house system. I have not been able to connect the device yet but I wanted to write a review on the customer service for Wired4Signs. I was very impressed by how quickly they responded to answering my questions. They were knowledgeable and nice enough to overlook that I don't know much about lighting systems as I am not familiar with DALI lighting (I do more with DMX). I'll be using Wired4SIgns again in the future.”

“When I had a technical question W4S was quick to get back to me. They asked for pictures of my wiring, after sending them they went cold and I never heard back. I had to figure out my issue without their help (my lights needed 24v, I had mistakenly ordered a 12v converter).”
