“I was excited to find the profile I was looking for, but really was not happy to see that shipping charges are exactly the same as the amount of the purchase!”

Hi Bill, sorry to hear about the pricey shipping, that can, unfortunately, be an issue when ordering in smaller quantities. If you ever need supplies for a larger project don't forget that we offer free shipping on orders over $350.

“Had a custom bar lighting project. Gilmar was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even being willing to speak to my electrician to clarify an installation question on the lighting kit they provided us. Very responsive to email and provide above and beyond service - even after the purchase is made. All of that on top of the fact that the lighting is top notch, it took our bar to the next level. Highly recommend! Thank you Gilmar and W4S!”

That is strange Kiel, any order should always be recorded and available when you log in to your account. Perhaps you placed some orders when you were not logged in, in which case they wouldn't be attributed to your account.
