“There are problems with ordering canned food as your minimum is 4 but your stock is less than 4. It does not allow me to order 2 or 3 tins when that is all that you have. So I have to delete the entire item. You have also been out of stock of certain brands for months already so I wonder why these items are still listed on your site.”

Thank you for taking the time to write and share these experience with us. Our Team works hard to ensure our stocks are sufficient & stability for all our furry friends but sometimes it is out of our control. The brands we keep listed but 'out of stock' means it is not 'discontinued' and we keep hard to order them in.
Now that we have launched a 'Notify me' button our customers are able to leave their contacts and will be informed right away when stocks have been posted live.
