For the large bags of cat food it was very difficult to tell which brands they were / the price since they are just stacked on top of each other without much organizations. I wanted to buy a large bag of cat food but with a toddler it was too difficult to move all the bags to see what was what and I ended up purchasing a small bag that I could find easier.”
“Basically, shopping in your website experience was good but recently your website has been changed a bit of the format of the picking of the item (e.g. wee pads) size as make me to confused. and some of items I was ordered at the end is out of stock or no longer in stock, your colleagues didn't delete the items, so make me a bit upset. however, overall is very satisfied.
