“One item failed to turn up and still trying to resolve with customer services who have been responsive but a week on and i am still awaiting how they plan to proceed.
Happy with the items I did receive just the delivery / packaging process seems poor..”

Would I order again? Probably not. To not have free returns nowadays and a customer blocker. If I order an item that I was regard as a high value item ie £150+ and it’s the wrong size, to have to pay for the return leaves a rather bad taste.”
