“I ordered dresses from Yumi to try on after reading their return policy. I have tried multiple times to return them via their portal. The order number on my packing slip comes up as not recognized although they were certainly able to charge my credit card over $500. They list no contact phone number for the US and messages I’ve left on the UK phone number go unreturned and emails go unanswered. This company is terrible to do business with! Avoid ordering from them.”

“Sadly I decided that the jumpsuits I ordered were not for me which is a shame as they were rather beautiful. The returns process was very simple and my refund arrived in my bank a few days later.”

“The jumpsuit was not suitable. It was more suited to a petite person but did not specify this. Very short in body and legs and not at all flattering. Took a while to arrive too. Disappointing and won’t order again.”

“I am very frustrated. USA buyer beware. I received my dress and it was too large. The only way to contact customer service from USA is via email. I have sent countless emails and tried reaching out via Facebook messenger. I have gotten no information or direction as to how to exchange this dress for a smaller size. I got one email saying to use the return portal. I did, and chose store credit on the return because there was no option for exchange. I took the item to the post office as instructed and sent it. Emailed customer service a copy of the return tracking info and receipt from drop off. Still nothing from customer service. I need it for a wedding and sadly I think my money and the too large dress are both gone.”
