“Our check in and out was handled very professionally, the rooms were modern, beds comfortable and technically and very up to date for wi-fi internet etc. Breakfast had a very good selection. Some small problems 1 Small left hand bedside lamp - not woking 2 Safe not working - probably flat battery 3 Toilet flushes hot water Overall would stay there gain”

“I was sceptical, every other booking agency told me the hotel we wanted to book was full. The hotel told us they were full. I had not heard of this booking agency. I logged the request the night before we were due (pressure). Within an hour of normal business the next day (the due date) the reservation was confirmed. We phoned the hotel to confirm. All done and dusted, one could not have expected better service. I would have rated this "very good" but their web-site gives up an error message when loading diners club, "insufficient numerals" provided!”

“If we could give six stars, we would. Katie Harper from SouthAfricanLodges.com saved the day! We had planned a once in a lifetime trip to South Africa for our anniversary, but when booking the lodge where we had planned to stay, we found that they no longer had room for us. We frantically searched for another lodge and every lodge we contacted was fully booked. Before cancelling our flights and entire trip, we happened upon SouthAfricanLodges.com. Katie responded to our inquiries quickly and contacted the lodges personally in order to find us an available lodge at a good rate. The level of service was outstanding and we would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to South Africa!”

“Firstly I would like to appreciate the kind of service that you are offering guys as a team keep up the good work that you are doing. Last but not least a minor challenge was that there was a hassle in getting my booking by the time I arrived at the hotel on Thursday night lucky enough I was having my own copy that was emailed to me.”

“When making the booking on behalf of Mr Christopher Ransome I must say that I really got very good service. The time to make the booking was exceptionally overwhelming to me and the speedy response I got was good. When it came to the confirmation and payment of the booking it was handled with professionalism and I am very impressed with the way it was done and the follow-up was very quick.
