“After calling the hotel directly and been told they have no rooms available, I then called South. Africa hotels and I received the most friendly, efficient, and clear communications for the same hotel. I was offered a choice, was fully informed and they made it easy to confirm a booking. A great experience that I wish to repeat aoon!”

“I didn't particularly like the fact that confirmation was not instant (like other hotel booking websites). You first secure a rate, and depending on availability, you can proceed with the booking. There is a risk that there is no availability in which case you will need to come up with another plan. As a result, I found that too much back and forth communication was required. Also, upon payment by bank transfer, the hotel confirmation is only provided once funds reflect in the agent's bank account. This can be problematic over weekends, public holidays etc. In my case when I had only made a reservation the day prior to checking in, it also created a bit of undue stress. Having said that, the staff at SA Hotels.com were very helpful and friendly.”

“Our reservation was handled the best way possible and the lady showed great patience in finding an open space for us at the lodge we wanted to stay at. Thanks very much, we will use your company again in future. Everything was completely stressfree and there were no problems at all.”

“Being the first time to stay over in your hotel was a great experience. The personal were very helpful and supportive. So were the staff in the restaurant and pub. Just a suggestion - maybe you can consider a small refrigerator in the rooms to cater also for people suffering from diabetes for keeping the insulin cool. I will surely in future again make use of your accommodation. Kind regards. Johann Venter”

“I would like to thank you earlier for my short stay in south Africa, but the internet went out for long with thunder and my computer burnt out. It was wonderfull travelling with your company, the organisation was perfect and all the drivers were very polite.
