“Hi Guys, I trust you are well, I am more than happy to rate the service. I came across your site 2 years ago and got in contact with an agent named Munthazi, I saved hes details and get into contact with him anytime I need assistance, hes service is unbelievable, always does what I instruct at a quick turn around time, he doesn't have issues even should I ask him many questions or even want to change my booking around and he always gets me the best price, even cheaper then what the hotel quotes me. He makes the company great and deserves great reward as well, give him the day off for starters :). But in a nutshell I always receive world class service at the best rate at top hotels. regards Mukhtaar Said”

“The booking process on line was fast and efficient with precise details of when and how to pay the deposit and when the remaining payment was due. Payment of the depodit was painless and an email reminder was sent when the balance became due. The necessary receipts and final confirmation were issued reasonably rapidly.”

“What a romantic getaway!! The property is so beautifully maintained and relaxing. Staff are ridiculously awesome and we cannot wait to come back!! We have recommended Arabella Hotel and Spa to all our friends and family and hope to make a trip back there again soon with all of them.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rate through South African Hotels for the resort I wished to book at was cheaper than other, more common sites. Glad to see you on Trip Advisor! While the booking process was seamless and "technophobe proof", if I have to find ANYTHING to criticize it's the number of very solicitous e-mails I received confirming that my booking was being attended to - one would have been enough! But thank you - I will most certainly use your site for future bookings.”

“They give a good service at the lowest price. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they can improve in one area. I forgot to pay for the accommodation within the 72 hours period. It would have been helpful to have received a reminder. But I called and all was fixed”
