“while I admit that my travelling arrangements were made fairly late, I however followed up my emails with a phone call just to ensure that all was running smoothly. I had booked the Royal Hotel in Pilgrim's Rest in Mpumalanga. after making my payment I contacted you to confirm receipt as I had not received my confirmation. I eventually received the confirmation after making a few phone calls. upon arrival at my destination after midnight, there was no reservation made for me at The Royal Hotel. your offices were closed and I called a cellphone number on your contacts list for emergency, the man who was obviously asleep was rude to both myself and the staff at the hotel who was trying to assist me. I was disappointed by his response. he then promised to sort it out and call us back. until today 08/02/2015 I still await the call. this was on 05/01/2015. Sincerely Nombulelo 0835792974”

“Very good service. We only had a problem paring our hotel on Tambo airport Johannesburg. THE Side for paying with my creditcard didn't work in Holland. So I had to aks my brother who lifes in SA to pay for us with huis creditcard. I hope that you can do something to that problem so that we can use your Side more often.”

“Firstly I must state I was a bit wary using an 'unknown' online booking website for the first time and more so since, from my side, the decision to take a break was taken at the very last moment and in the middle of the week prior to our planned departure. Right from my first inquiry there was clear email communication and even a few phone calls where required. On arrival in Durban, at the start of the trip, we found everything in place and from there till the end we never had anything to complain about as far as the booking arrangements were concerned. Everything was ready and in place – we only had to produce identification. We visited Mkuze Falls (suggested by South African-hotels) and Nambiti Hills and the whole trip was a memorable experience. Mkuze Falls in particular will definitely see me again! Thank you guys! I am seriously impressed. Regards Chris”

“Accually this is the first time that I make a reservation via "South-African-Hotels.com" page. For Asian guest like me, Afraca travel is still not common and strange. Even famous hotel or travel booking site like expedia.com, booking.com, hoels.com... cannot enough show so many options. I met South-African-Hotels.com by chance, and at first, I slightly suspected them because their price was much better than any other site, and booking~payment methods was not real time. But after once I had made a reservation via them, their kind, quick and credible responses were enough to move my heart. Now I can trust them 100% and if I search african hotel or staying again, I will visit their site first.”
