The service is quick and efficient. The prices are generally better than going directly to the service provider. I have only one negative comment. It involves the payment. In today's world with all the phishing and cyber crime. I do get uncomfortable e-mailing my credit card details to confirm my booking. I would prefer making payment on the website, then you are fully aware that details are going to the correct organisation and once the transaction is complete the details are erased. Posting my banking details to an e-mail address, means I have no guarantee the details will be deleted once the transaction is paid for.

Dear Mr Wlaker, Thank you for your email and the card details get encrypted so the transmission is safe. We get bombarded by stolen cards so we do electronic check & a human checks and even we still caught from time to time. We have just had a case where an undesirable stayed 4 nights in hotel and it turns out the credit card was stolen & in that case we lost R 8000.00. We like to be hands on so that we can look after our clients and we try to look after the hotels we do business with as well. There is no clear answer or solution and without the element of trust you just cannot do business :-) Let me know if you have any other questions & thank you for the business. Many Thanks Ryan

I visited this game resort in October 2014. The short time we spent there was excellent. The troopers were great! Especially Gregg he really took time with his group. Yes I will definitely visit again. L. Murray

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a deluxe suite , over the xmas periid. The staff were exceelent from. The doorman to the receptionist to the breakfast staff. Breakfast is not to be missed great variety and will satisfy even the largest appetite. The rooms are a bit dark has mentioned in previous reports by clients, but they are nicely planned a versatile layout. Little kitchenette adeaquate just needs a things like dish cloth and towel to be supplied, and the fridge is pretty useless as it hardly even chills . ONE THING that needs to be attended too - the light fitting in kitchenette / lounge nearly pokes your eyes out everytime you go near granite working top! Very irritating and dangerous - needs to go ! Also the contraption of a light fitting like a " MooN" in the bedroom - useless - insufficient to Attempt to read by and again a great waste of space? Otherwise overall a very pleasant stay and good value via your company !! Thank you seasons greetings !

After struggling to get accomodation on my own, you got me the dates I wanted within few minutes I was so impressed.I have enjoyed my stay at Towm Lodge in P.E. This year I will be going to Durban so I will keep in touch , hope that you will do the same. Thank you once again the hotel was excellent and the staff so friendly I had an early check in with no difficulties. From Nancy

The response for a quote and booking process was quick. I believe I got the best rate. My only challenge was your communication with the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, I was given asked to pay for the stay and at a different rate. I had to show them my paperwork with you. On my departure they still had not received any payment or correspondence from you. It felt like I wanted to stay there fore free, I had to go through checks. It was embarrassing & time consuming.

Good experience overall. Good price for 5 night package at Fancourt and everything was dealt with smoothly. Only one small issue when final balance became due - I was told my booking was on a Bed and Breakfast basis with no golf included. When I found the initial confirmation, that stated golf or spa treatment included, an apology was immediate and the tee off times booked for us. Everything turned out well and I can recommend this company.

I enjoyed myself to the fullest.....the place is very quiet and relaxing. After the year I had, this was the perfect vacation for me to reflect and recoupe before the beginning of a new year. I'm definitely going back to Chobe Safari Lodge

After a frustrating few weeks with trying to deal with travel agents in Australia, I decided to contact South African Hotels to make bookings at various hotels for our trip in 2015. I spoke to someone who was really personable, asked the right questions of me and then confirmed what I wanted and said I would hear back from them within 12 hours. Our first of about half a dozen bookings with them was sent to us within 12 hours and the others followed within quick succession. Within 3 days I had booked and deposited on various hotels with South African Hotels. At all times communication was fantastic - quick responses, clear and great advice as to locations, standards of accommodation etc. We achieved all this very quickly and with none of the frustration I experienced with local travel agents. And I got a great rate booking through South African Hotels compared the rates quoted by our local agents. Bottom line - I would definitely book with them and have recommended them to others.

We made a booking to stay at garden court east london . The accomodation was not what we saw on the internet and the rooms were not sea facing. We are very disappointed and will not be using this service again.

I have spoken to the duty manager and they will try to move you to a sea facing room tomorrow. If you are still not happy we are happy to find you an alternative hotel for you. I would like to say thank you for the bookings and we had a magnificent stay at happy valley casino as the name explains itself, my family could not stop talking about the place, we also visited Mantenga cultural village, Mbabane, hot spa and the market. For the hotel booked for 2 rooms, we experienced the lengthy time (3 hours) for check-in as we arrived 3pm but only managed to get one room at 6pm, the other room can only be ready at 9pm!

From the time I made the booking, the entire process was awesome. We were promised breakfast to go, by the hotel, but they never delivered on their promise :(
