“Booking with south African hotels was great as I could not find a reservation but they managed to. The rate was decent too. However my only complain is that I did inform the reservation that we are four persons (2 adults, two young kids). At the hotel, we got a king size bed and a single bed only. Good thing is that three of us could fit in one bed and the view was so amazing from our room that we didn't ask to be moved. The V&A hotel is got the perfect location and the rooms are great but the service is so pathetic. I was unimpressed. I think that they are complacent with their service because they are based in such an ideal place”

“Prompt and very good service was provided with online booking with quick response via email and all was in order after receiving final confirmation when I phoned the hotel we booked at. Will use this service when booking hotels in SA again.”

“The hotel is ok for a 4 star. The rooms close to the entrance are very noisy though. The pool area is nice and relaxing with lovely trees and a green area.”

“During the entire quotation and booking process www.south-african-hotels.com have proven to be both prompt and professional. Furthermore www.south-african-hotels.com seemed to have access to hotel rooms which other sites did not so clearly have the local connections necessary to offer a higher level of service. However the proof is in the pudding as they say so I hope that my trip will go as smoothly as the booking process has been so far.”

“Great location. Comfortable room. Front desk was helpful as I wanted a sea facing room but allocated a no sea facing room. They swopped a few things around and I was sorted out. Breakfast was adequate. Great coffee . I would use this hotel again! Recommended.”
