“I had such an amazing service considering I booked online and was surprised at the efficiency of the customer service receiving mail promptly after I booked online. Also when I called I was impressed by a lady called Melisa who was friendly and very energetic and knew her story. she quickly picked up my reservation and also went out of her way to see if I can still have other options. her attitude is what made me comfortable and trust in the brand in fact even made me get excited to come to Umhlanga for my holiday. exceptional service indeed. I am the last minute person in booking but I even better rating. Thank God”
