“the staff who handled my booking was very good and efficient. booking was done with no problem at all. booking was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. thank you for offering this to us . will book again and recommend to my friends. company should consider offering some kind of loyaly programme as a way to thank your regular customers who book with you.”

“First I had made reservations for Kapama and we had trouble with the credit card. I contacted the bank and spoke to Lizelle and she got the problem solved. Later, I had to book 3 additional rooms at Kapama and 4 rooms at Spier hotel and there was trouble with all credit cards, but Lizelle was really helpful, she talked to the accounting area and instructed them on how to proceed to get it solved. We had to speak several times and she was always corteous and supportive. Overall, it would be great to understand why there were problems with the credit cards from Brazil to improve the whole process in the future but we got everything solved because Lizelle was so helpful! We are terribly sorry that we experienced difficulties charging the provided credit card. Usually it is only a security block imposed by the banks for the protection of the customer. In this case, once the client has authorized a particular charge with their relevant bank, we can then charge or ask for an authorization code from the credit card institution. “A good weekend in the Pilansberg. Hotel is comfortable but the furnishings are a little dated. Breakfasts were of superior quality and dinners were good with superb desserts. After requesting this from management, we joined Bakubung for their late afternoon game drive and bush braai. For me, this remains an absolute highlight in the Pilansberg and makes me proud to be a South African! A game driver, by the name of Solly, was brilliant; knowledgeable and entertaining too! This remains a pricey weekend for a local citizen but an amazing escape from the busy life in Johannesburg.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending your Company to anyone seeking accommodation in SA.We have used SAH on a number of occassions to book accommodation and found their Organisation to be extremely efficient in meeting our requirements. In addition when our Travel arrangements required to be altered due to circumstances beyond our control they went above their contractural responsibilities to assist us.This was very much appreciated.A company that has such a strong Customer focus is to be congratulated.Sah has now arranged accommodation for our new travel arrangements for 2015.”

“I was very pleased with the quick response and the consultants made every effort to get me a room at the hotel I wanted and came thru! What I wasn't so happy about is I called yesterday and asked a consultant to check if she could get an extra night for me for yesterday and she said she would get back to me via email - it's a day later- the night I wanted to book has come and gone- and Still haven't received an email even to let me know of unavailability.”

“During my booking process, I received prompt, detailed, and efficient responses. This assisted me in reserving my room and it also made my experience pleasant as I did not have to chase people to get answers.
