“The room was spacious and well appointed with an amazing sea-front view from the balcony. The special extras such as "welcome sherry, home made rusks and chocolates on the pillow" just made out visit complete. Thank you so much”

“The website is easy to use and the payment process was straightforward. An email confirming my booking was sent to me soon after taking payment. However, the company failed to respond to two emails from me asking for additional information about exactly where and when the lodge collects guests. Fortunately I eventually found this information on a mix of their website and in my travel guidebook, but it would be useful if the company provided this information with confirmation of the reservation.”
