“The agency did not explain that I was communicating with an agency. We thought we werre talking directly to the hotel. In certan moments the personel were note kind and some even were rude. They put lot of pressure for customers to pay full amount for the rooms and took very long to pay to the hotel. The hotel then asked payment in full again. We lost money, time and get very stressed during this process”

“Both the deposit payment and the final balance payment were quick and easy. The staff replied quickly to my answer and they were kind. I still have to go to the hotel I booked (at the end of this month).”

“Booking process went smooth and payment flawless. We got always a payment confirmation. After making a downpayment we received a mail requesting special info concerning expected time of arrival, special wishes, .... Very attentfull. Only small suggestion for improvement is to add communication after booking is complete. We do not know if (and when) we will receive a voucher.”

“Excessive price almost 4000 rand for one person while my colleague payed the same amount for a party of 4, and the lodge was occupied only 1/4th at most.”
