“Alles hat einfach prima funktioniert! Leider war unser Wunschresort ausgebucht, aber es wurden sofort weiter Vorschläge (mit Link) gemacht. Auch mit der Bezahlung gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Fragen wurden fast sofort beantwortet - besser geht es nicht! Vielen Dank!”

“One word for that is "KELLIE". Thank you Kellie for your professionalism and kindness. I couldn't get a family room at Mount Grace due to the holiday season , not only did she make it happen, she got me a superior room. She even negotiated a great rate for us which we needed so much. Thank you Kellie! You are a super duper star!”

“The booking agency did not book correctly as I requested a double bed room and I was booked into a 2 single bed room. The reception staff at the hotel soend some time before they could find us a room as requested. Not acceptable.”

“We were very hesitant to book our private lodge through South African Hotels. While we were on Expedia, South African Golf’s name popped up with a price less than what we could get through Expedia. But this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip traveling from the U.S.A. and we had no prior knowledge of South African Hotels. To re-assure ourselves that the company is legitimate, we contacted the lodge directly and they assured us that South African Hotels is, in fact, a legitimate travel/booking company. The staff was exceptionally accommodating via our e-mail correspondence. Our other concern was booking the lodge prior to our having a confirmed flight from Cape Town to the Hoedspruit Airport. So we arranged a mutual time; I booked the airline flight, informed South African Hotels of our confirmed flight and they immediately then booked the lodge. I would 100% use them in the future both because of their service and good pricing.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and adequate (albeit a bit expensive in terms of cost for children). But few negatives: Bed uncomfortable, new mattress needed, only one pillow, had to ask for more. Found some clothing of previous guest on floor behind chair. (Was Room cleaned properly?) In comparison to other Road Lodges I have stayed at i.e. Kimberley and Bloemfontein, PE needs to re-furbish and bring their rooms up to their standard.”

“I contacted them on the 22 May as a last minute decision to book away for 28 May at Sun City. The exceeded my expectation, i had no issues. Right from the entrance gate to check out, all booking information was correct and hassle free.”

“The Southern Sun OR Tambo International Airport is a great place to stay while you transition to your time change and acclimate to your time zone change. The staff is friendly and I enjoy my stay with each passing visit.”
