“I have booked a Hot Air Balloon Safari Pilanesberg from your website. and the rate is including the pickup and transit from the hotel and site since we will stay in the Lost Palace of suncity resort. But when I emailed the customer service, she replied we have to go to the service desk by ourselves. There is no more reply after I display the information from the website. Besides, I have not received any detail of the activity. Thank you!”
