“Even though I'm extremely happy with the watch I bought and received, there's a catch... Unfortunately, the watch wasn't delivered in the color I ordered. I bought a blue watch and received a yellow one. The instruction manual was missing, and it seems to me as if the watch is a display model; the protective film that's usually on every watch is completely missing.”

Usually, you can click directly on the tracking to arrange payments through the carrier website. Since the window to pay duties has closed, the carrier returned the item back. I do apologize. “Love the watch. I originally thought the deep space purple color wouldn't show up / differentiate well with the black, but in my daily wear setting (office), it's great. Only complaint is the Lume; as others have mentioned, it isn't very strong and even after charging in the sun all day, doesn't last more than 20-30 minutes at night”

Hey Brandon! Thanks for your review! By chance, are you following the manual instructions for time resetting on that chrono function? We keep all manuals posted on the website directly if you ever need that. There will be step by step instructions listed. I hope that helps!
