“Loved bandana and was unsure about size so ordered m for shih tzu fits but not much to tie together so had to put press stud on to allow Lea age around neck but made bandana bit longer 😫”

“Rocket is my son's dog. Got the apron for my son's birthday. I was pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the apron. My son's reaction was "I absolutely love my apron" . It was a huge hit. Thanks Yappy.”

I am really pleased that you were happy with all of your items however, I am sorry to hear they didn't arrive with you in time. We do advise that all of our items will be created and despatched within 72 hours, I have had a look into your order and can see this was placed 31/08 which was a Saturday. Unfortunately, weekends are not included in our time frames so this would have been picked up for you on the Monday. Your items were then delivered the following Friday which is when the items were expected to arrive. I am really sorry that this was not clear for you when ordering and I will share your comments with our web team to see if alterations need to be made to our product descriptions. “There are loads of poop bags for a great price, and I feel great that they will biodegrade in 2 years rather than 300 like plastic. I am concerned that it describes a specific way for them to be disposed of in order to biodegrade though ...obviously once I place it in a street bin I have no effect on what happens to it after.”

“We love to spoil our dog and we would like to buy everything on Yappy. The shampoo we bought for her is amazing. It lathers wonderfully and she smells gorge. Her coat is so shiny so we are more than happy. Pickles also is enjoying with her Chewy Vuitton bag and we will definitely shop at Yappy again”

“Didn’t get an email confirming order so wasn’t sure when it was arriving. When ready to deliver got an email and it did come on time. Products good quality - the large personalised towel was fab and dries much better than a normal towel”
