“Really lovely the items available to buy on your site. Love the way they are personalised and the packaging is lovely. I’ve only so far bought tea towels and treats for Mitzy but do love the blankets but find they are a bit expensive but I know they are likely of great quality. Will definitely continue to buy from your store”

“one my delivers didn’t arrive but I spoke to a lovely worker Lucy from customer service who sorted it out quickly and got new one sent out to us which got delivered super quick. Rated delivery on time as no due to this.”

“The mug had a line printed across it but more importantly the bottom has fallen off. The mug fell apart without being dropped. This is totally unacceptable. This issue was immediately followed up following this review and a new mug sent. I’m still concerned about the quality of the mug and whether it will break in the same way but the customer service in relation to this was great.”

“Ordered some bits for Bear's 1st birthday - love the personalisation of the items and the quality is good. As feedback on the bandanas, the material is very thick/stiff which makes it difficult to tie - I'd prefer a thinner/softer material especially for smaller pooches. But love the site - thank you!”

“Excellent product and very happy with this. However, the amount of packaging for a couple of unbreakable bamboo dog bowls was outrageous! A while box of plastic bubble wrap when I’m trying to buy something eco friendly is ridiculous. It would put me off buying from Yappy in the future.”
