“I really liked the options that the website gave me, the designs are all very creative. It was tricky, however, to do this with a stray dog of a mixed breed. I wish I could use a few designs of the dogs to create the dog that most resembled mine.”

“This is the third time I've ordered from yappy. Unfortunately the mug I ordered arrived broken but Lucy and the team were so helpful in replacing the item and the second one arrived in perfect condition. The team responded to my query quickly and explained the whole process and then kept me updated with each stage. Thanks so much”

“Good quality products. The only disappointing thing was the wrapping paper. I expected more than 1 sheet for the price.....very expensive”

“Quirky items low cost fast delivery. I bought a mug which was fun but it felt very cheap. It would have been a nicer more useable gift if it had been in better quality materials even if it did cost more”
