“I’ve ordered several cards from Yappy and they arrive within about three days in pristine condition. Some of the gifts I’ve found to be quite expensive so lose one star, but I guess it’s because they’re personalised.”

“The treat tin that we bought looked great and was well made. However, the delivery took longer than stated and meant it almost came too late. Once we passed the original timeframe for delivery, I escalated this with the customer service team but the response was more or less to wait for the product to be delivered which wasn't helpful at all.”
